Grove started in 2019 as a farmer's market booth — just Sarah and Dre, a hand grinder, and a thermos of something really good. Within six months they had a storefront. Within a year, a line out the door.

They source directly from farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala — always single-origin, always traceable. Every bag tells you exactly which farm it came from, who picked it, and when it was roasted.
The shop is dog-friendly, wifi-included, and has exactly the right number of outlets. Come work. Come talk. Come back.
